Delivery
Delivery fees are now calculated by how far you live from a main city/suburb.
Fees can now be calculated at checkout via your postal code.

We deliver with The Courier Guys and Dpd Laser [DawnWing] Couriers.

Orders made after 1pm are processed the following day.
No packages are shipped on Fridays and weekends except for PUDO deliveries.
Orders take up to 7 business days to arrive if it's not express delivery.
We now allow pudo as a "send your own courier" option! Starting from R60
You can book it through the pudo website and select "send your own courier" on checkout here!

Alternatively if you would like us to book it for you then please contact us with your details after placing your order.
Please note that PUDO deliveries take several days to be picked up before being sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Your package is no longer our responsibility once it has left our premises.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For CourierGuy you will also receive an OTP via SMS for delivery confirmation.

Orders for collection that are not collected within 7 days will automatically be CANCELLED

Returns
We currently do not offer returns on items.
Please make sure you have the correct items in your cart BEFORE paying.
We cannot be held liable for customer error.
